CMCH knows how to do a Playdate!

The start of a new school year was made extra special with our PTA Kick-Off Playdate, held at the splash pad this past weekend. The event was a perfect blend of fun, laughter, and connection, as both new and returning families came together to celebrate the beginning of another exciting year.

As the kids made new friends, parents enjoyed the opportunity to relax, socialize, and reconnect with familiar faces. Coach Nick made a special appearance, leading the kids in engaging playball activities that kept everyone entertained and active.

This playdate was more than just an afternoon of fun—it was a reminder that community doesn’t just happen; it is built, one connection at a time. The relationships formed here will strengthen our school community throughout the year, making it a place where everyone feels welcomed and valued.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to Margalit Lebowitz and Mushka Rahmani, whose efforts in organizing this event were key to its success. The small details were so appreciated - from the emergency supplies to the iced coffee (yum!). We are thrilled to see what the rest of the school year holds and look forward to many more opportunities to come together, share, and grow as a united school family. Thank you to everyone who joined us—you’ve helped set the tone for a fantastic year ahead!
