Classroom Chronicles: Hands-on and Minds on!
Spring Has Sprung!
Spring is in full bloom at our school! The Ducklings explored different types of flowers and created beautiful floral artwork, and the Ladybugs learned all about forsythia.
Crossing the Nile
As we prepare for Pesach, the Ladybug class stepped into the story of Yetziat Mitzrayim! The children “crossed the Nile,” in their beautiful Nile-themed artwork, now displayed in the classroom, features each child “walking through” the parted waters—a reminder of Hashem’s great miracles!
Pesach Prep is Underway!
From crafting beautiful Haggadahs to hands-on Pesach projects, students are immersed in the spirit of the holiday. Keep an eye on those backpacks and Shabbos Folders, these special creations will be making their way home to you soon!
Friends, Fun, and Learning!
Laughter and joy filled our classrooms as students worked, played, and explored together. Whether collaborating on projects or enjoying time outside, friendships continue to blossom.
Gardeners at Work!
Our Ladybugs rolled up their sleeves and got their hands in the soil! They planted watermelon, squash, and green peppers in their class garden, stay tuned to see what sprouts first!
Science Comes to Life in the Butterfly Class
The Butterfly class dove into hands-on science with a fascinating yeast experiment. Students watched in amazement as yeast mixed with warm water and sugar inflated a balloon, demonstrating the power of chemical reactions! They also got their hands dirty planting seedlings, bringing science to life in more ways than one.
Show & Tell Excitement
One of our all-time favorite activities, Show & Tell, was a hit once again! Students proudly shared their treasures, stories, and special items, building confidence and strengthening their speaking skills.
The Montessori Work Cycle in Action
From independent learning to collaborative work, across the school, our students continue to thrive in the Montessori work cycle. Every day brings new discoveries as children build focus, independence, and a love of learning.
